Hiring Software Developer Engineer at Pune

Responsibilities
 Design, develop, test, and deploy features that contribute to our core observability platform.
 Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Rust, Java, and Python.
 Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather
requirements and deliver impactful features.
 Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to improving code quality and
team processes.
 Develop agentic workflows to optimize the platform's ability to automate various tasks.
 Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring system reliability and robustness.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical
experience.
 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in building distributed systems,
backend services, or search platforms.
 Proficiency in at least one programming language: Rust, Java, or Python.
 Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
 Familiarity with developing workflows and automation processes.
 Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control
management, and testing.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in observability tools, data processing, or search engine development.
 Exposure to agentic workflows and their application in automated systems.
 Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
