Hiring Sales Consultant and Senior Sales Consultant in Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Scan and identify prospective doctors, discuss with manager and arrange appointments, may be prearranged or cold call

• Communicate with and persuade agreed upon targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills

• Build and maintain positive working relationship with all the targeted doctors

• Flag issues or potential escalations to the manager and wherever needed do planned visits with the manager

• Plan weekly and monthly time tables with manager

• Along with the manager Develop plans to promote & establish Beltone range of Hearing Aids with Hospital.

• Meet and, if possible, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve it

• As discussed with manager finalize commercial terms with doctors for prescriptions generated and sales thereof.

• Monitor competitor activity and plan for its potential impact on the business

Necessary Functional Skills :

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Sales and customer relationship skill
3. Persuasive manner and negotiating skills
4. Good business acumen & quick learner

Education & Experience :

• Graduate level or above preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales
• Age – Up to 32 years
